I am thrilled to announce the arrival of LEGO® branded children's clothing to the Australian market. Given the incredible popularity of LEGO toys in Australia, now LEGO children’s clothes are ready to spark children’s imagination, too.
LEGO® kidswear is designed, sourced, and manufactured by Danish company called KABOOKI A/S. They have been the official global clothing licensee for the LEGO Group since 1993. Following a period of restructuring for KABOOKI, the JBS Textile Group - Scandinavia's largest underwear and textile supplier, originally founded in 1939 - stepped in and officially acquired KABOOKI in early 2024. This merger combines JBS's massive production, logistics, and distribution resources with KABOOKI's 30-year history of designing official LEGO apparel.
The LEGO® kidswear line is managed locally by an official agent Aigars Strautiņš, which holds the exclusive distribution rights for LEGO® kidswear across Australia and New Zealand. This partnership officially opened the doors for the clothing to be stocked by local Aussie retailers.
